The photos are just wonderful. That little one of yours has always been able to make me smile! Your old house is being renovated (albeit very slowly--the new owners should take lessons in DIY from you, ha ha). I think most of the interior downstairs has been ripped out--they found mold & bugs, no big surprise there. They are planning on bumping out the upstairs over the old kitchen & making a master suite. There will be a patio out back from the new kitchen, partially roofed, and the part over the roof will be like a balcony from the new master suite. They seem like nice folks but haven't been around much.
